An editorial route, not a service desk

Tell us what would make the plan clearer

A missing scenario, an unclear sentence, or a correction is useful feedback. For activation, account, billing, or service-specific problems, please contact the provider involved.

What we can help with

Questions about the pages themselves

simgou welcomes editorial feedback: a phrase that does not make sense, a missing step in a trip-prep checklist, an outdated general link, or a question that would improve the FAQ. Tell us the page name and the part of the route or device setup that needs clearer language.

We cannot inspect a mobile account, issue an eSIM, activate a plan, change a line, refund a purchase, or promise a response time. Those tasks belong to the service provider, manufacturer, carrier, or travel company involved. The about page explains that boundary in full.

You can email [email protected] directly, or use the form beside this text. It opens your email application with a drafted message; it does not send anything through this site.

Open an email draft

This form only opens a mailto: message in your email app. No data is transmitted to or stored by this site.

A page is unclear

Include the page title and a short quote or description of the section. It helps us see the sentence in its actual context.

Your trip has a missing scenario

Describe the moment: a late train in Belgium, a tablet on a work trip, or a multi-country arrival. We are interested in practical situations, not provider tickets.

You need plan support

Use the official support route provided by the service, carrier, or manufacturer. The FAQ may help separate a device setting from a service issue first.

Before sending a note, you may find the answer in the timed trip-prep guide, the device-checking page, or the privacy policy that explains this site’s data handling.

A little context helps an editorial correction

Include the page name, the point in the trip where the question appeared, and the sentence or section that was unclear. Do not include serial numbers, account codes, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. For a problem with a service after purchase, use that provider’s official help route; it has the account information that this independent site never receives. The FAQ and guide may help you organise the question first.

A clear note helps improve a clear guide. Please use the provider’s own route for account-specific support.

Before departure, make a final practical check: save the first address, download the map area, keep the phone charged, and preserve the original instructions. These small steps give you a fallback if a train changes, airport Wi-Fi is busy, or the first setup takes longer than expected. They apply to any connection choice and leave more attention for the trip itself.
